Accessible & Disability Homes

The House Shop offer a specialist accessibility category enabling adapted homes to be marketed directly to buyers looking for disability features.
Traditionally, owners of adapted properties who wish to sell and move on, have often had to decide to scrap or strip out the existing modifications in order to achieve a sale in the conventional market, significantly increasing the cost of moving home.
With our specialist category, owners of adapted homes with accessible features can now market such properties directly to the very buyers interested in purchasing those facilities, along with the home, therefore retaining the heavy investment made in the existing property.
